Så otroligt nöjd med bemötande och service! Vi försökte hyra bil från en annan firma men gav upp efter ett dygn utan respons, då hittade vi Direct car rental. Jag hörde av mig på WhatsApp och fick svar inom fem minuter, informativa svar och ett gott bemötande, vi bokade bilen samma kväll. När vi kom dit och hämtade den blev vi välkomnade av en mycket trevlig man. Hyrde bilen i två dagar utan minsta strul. När vi lämnade tillbaka den gick det snabbt och smidigt. Kommer absolut rekommendera alla jag känner att hyra från er! Tack så mycket för proffsig service 🙂

I rented a car from Direct Car Rental and had a really good experience. The whole process was quick and easy, and they were super kind and professional. Everything went smoothly from pickup to drop-off, and the car was in great condition. You can tell they really care about giving a good service. I’ll definitely be renting from them again and would highly recommend them to everyone!

We were really impressed with Direct Car Rentals. For only a little more than another local company, we got a 23-plate Peugeot with Apple CarPlay, air con, and reversing cameras — a massive upgrade that made driving around so much easier & comfortable. The husband-and-wife team are brilliant, with the wife speaking excellent English and both always available on WhatsApp. They even offered to come out & collect the car from us if parking was tricky, which was a lifesaver in Fuengirola traffic since parking spaces are often hard to come by so being able to double park outside Nilo & someone come out to us is less headache than fighting for a parking spot & having to pay. The office can be a little hard to spot (tucked behind other businesses and looking closed from a distance), but don’t be put off — they’re there and they’ll look after you. We’ve already rebooked for our next trip and highly recommend them!
